He focuses his efforts on consumer fraud, products liability, and antitrust matters. Zach practices out of the Miami, FL office of Carella Byrne that he helped to establish in 2019.

Since joining Carella Byrne, Zach has leveraged his advocacy skills on behalf of consumers and others in numerous class actions, some of which are among the largest ever brought. He has been a primary member of the team prosecuting In Re: Takata Airbags Product Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2599, which is considered the largest U.S. product defect case ever. He has also served on numerous lead and co-lead litigation teams in nationwide and class action lawsuits against automobile manufacturers, car rental companies, and pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to joining Carella Byrne, Zachary earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Michigan and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. After receiving his J.D., Zachary served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable K. Michael Moore in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
