Kevin Cooper

Kevin Cooper is a talented trial attorney who represents consumers and investors in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on representing institutional and individual investors in securities class actions.  Prior to joining Carella Byrne, he worked for a prominent nationwide class action firm where he recovered millions for harmed investors and consumers alike.

A graduate of Fordham University, Kevin earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He has been repeatedly recognized by his peers for his talents and professionalism, including his selection to the Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Stars list for Securities Litigation every year since 2017.*
