Kevin Cooper

Kevin Cooper prosecutes complex commercial class and mass actions across the country in courts and arbitral forums.

Kevin has focused on individuals who have their data privacy violated, recovering millions in both courts and arbitral forums alike for injured consumers. Kevin also represents institutional and individual investors in securities class actions. Prior to joining Carella Byrne, he worked for a prominent nationwide class action firm where he recovered millions for harmed investors and consumers.

A graduate of Fordham University, Kevin earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He has been repeatedly recognized by his peers for his talents and professionalism, including his selection to the Super Lawyers New York Metro and New Jersey Rising Stars lists for Securities Litigation from 2017 to 2024.*
