Steven Tyson has been with Carella Byrne since 2020, concentrating his practice in antitrust, consumer fraud, and product liability class actions, as well as Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and complex commercial litigation. He has represented plaintiffs in the Fen-Phen Diet Drug litigation and other mass torts.
Steven graduated from Eastern University in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1998. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
