Marc D. Mory

Marc D. Mory has been practicing law for over 20 years, focusing on civil litigation with a particular emphasis on employment law. Additionally, Marc has extensive experience in state and federal civil rights litigation and Title 59, and has also been involved in general commercial litigation, including partnership and business disputes, banking law and cases arising under the Uniform Commercial Code.

A graduate of Brandeis University, Marc earned his law degree in 2001 from Hofstra University School of Law. While in law school, he was the Managing Editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal and authored an article regarding the implementation of the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Martin J. Kravarik, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court, Middlesex County.

Marc is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United State Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
