Lindsey H. Taylor

A firm partner and accomplished litigator consistently recognized by his peers for his professional achievements, Lindsey H. Taylor has been with Carella Byrne since 2002.

Concentrating his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal court, Lindsey represents plaintiffs in consumer, securities, and corporate mismanagement class actions which have resulted in millions of dollars of recoveries for class members. He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes as well as in copyright, trademark, and unfair competition, and patent infringement matters.

Lindsey has earned a long list of accolades for his work, including an AV-Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. He has been included on the New Jersey Super Lawyers list twelve times and was named one of the Best Lawyers in America in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.*

A frequent lecturer on intellectual property and other legal issues, Lindsey is also one of the co-authors of New Jersey Federal Practice and has published numerous articles relating to technology and intellectual property matters. He currently serves as an arbitrator for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and previously served on the District V Ethics Committee.
