In addition to successfully handling hearings before the Office of Administrative Law, the firm has represented clients before numerous New Jersey State agencies including the Board of Public Utilities and the Department of Environmental Protection.

The firm brings clients a value-added perspective developed while serving as counsel in the State's first privatization of a municipal waste water / water system under the New Jersey Wastewater and Water Privatization Acts.

Along with this extensive public utility experience, it should be noted that the firm numbers  among its partners a past President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.  Additionally, over the years, the firm has played an important role in shaping public utility legislation in the state. It took the lead in the drafting and passage of the landmark "McEnroe Legislation" for resource recovery facilities.
