William Squire has been with the firm since 1993. His practice comprises Intellectual Property law including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Mr. Squire's practice involves advising clients and protecting their property as to Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
He has over 40 years experience in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications in the electronics, electro-mechanical and mechanical arts in the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions including the preparation of infringement opinions and related matters. He has extensive experience in the preparation, filing and prosecution of trademark and service mark applications for registering client's marks on the U.S. Federal Register and in foreign jurisdictions. His practice also includes over 30 years experience in all aspects of copyright matters. He assists the firm's non-IP attorneys in respect of litigation and all matters involving intellectual property.
Mr. Squire is admitted to the United States District Court for the District Court of New Jersey and to the United States Supreme Court. He is a registered patent attorney in the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1970.
