Raymond W. Fisher


Raymond W. Fisher has been "Of Counsel" to the firm since 2003.  He focuses his practice on litigation and appeals in all state and federal courts.  He has developed a specialty in employment law, where he defends employers in state and federal courts, as well as before the EEOC and the N.J. Division of Civil Rights.  

Mr. Fisher also has extensive experience in complex litigation, including commercial litigation.  He also counsels private, religious schools and entities on topics as diverse as "bullying" and burials in cemeteries.  Finally, Mr. Fisher has taken and completed the course for Alternate Dispute Resolution in New Jersey and has counseled and represented numerous clients involved in mediations and arbitrations. 

Mr. Fisher is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.  In addition to his active legal practice, he also conducts employment law and school law seminars for clients where the focus is on preventing problems before they arise, Mr. Fisher has been a member of his community in Mountainside, New Jersey, where he has been involved in Boy Scouts, was Chairman of Mountainside's Bicentennial Celebration of the United States Constitution, and even served a term on the local school board.
