Lindsey H. Taylor

Lindsey H. Taylor has been with Carella Byrne since 2002, concentrating his practice in complex commercial litigation in federal court.  Mr. Taylor has been honored with an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell and by Super Lawyers as one of the top attorneys in New Jersey. 


Mr. Taylor represents plaintiffs in consumer class actions, securities class actions, and corporate mismanagement class actions which have resulted in millions of dollars of recoveries for class members.  He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes as well as in copyright, trademark, and unfair competition and patent infringement matters.  


Mr. Taylor is also one of the co-authors of New Jersey Federal Practice and of numerous articles relating to technology and intellectual property matters, and has lectured frequently on intellectual property issues.  Mr. Taylor serves as an arbitrator for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and previously served on the District V Ethics Committee.
