G. Glennon Troublefield


G. Glennon Troublefield, a partner in the firm's Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments, he has extensive experience in complex civil and corporate litigation, intellectual property matters (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and trade dress), bankruptcy and business litigation matters. 

Mr. Troublefield is a registered patent attorney and has extensive expertise in patent and trademark infringement litigated matters, as well as representing parties in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Troublefield has secured patents, trademarks and copyrights for individual and business entities, provided counseling on the licensing and purchase of intellectual property assets, and negotiated licensing agreements for a variety of intellectual property matters. In addition to his intellectual property practice, Mr. Troublefield has represented clients in bankruptcy, family law, construction, false advertising, product liability, and environmental matters in State and/or Federal Courts. 

Mr. Troublefield serves on the Statewide Panel of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Committee on Character and has served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Ethics Committee. In addition, he is an active member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.  He has also served on several ABA Task Forces and Committees and organized and appeared as a speaker for programs sponsored by the ABA and NJSBA related to topics such as diversity in the profession, professionalism and intellectual property law.
