Eric Magnelli graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 2007 receiving both a J.D. along with a Masters in Diplomacy & International Relations from Seton Hall University.  Mr. Magnelli joined the firm as a law clerk in 2005 and became an Associate after his graduation from Law School in 2007. 

Mr. Magnelli has broad experience in complex commercial litigation with particular experience in Labor, Employment and ERISA issues.  Additionally, he represents employees on matters relating to ERISA, collective bargaining and a variety of labor and employment issues in connection with employer/employee relationships.
