Dennis F. Gleason

Dennis F. Gleason concentrates his practice in federal court throughout the country and New Jersey state court in the area of business litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and trade secrets.  He also has represented clients in the in the area of insurance coverage and employment discrimination. 


Mr. Gleason graduated from City University of New York with a B.A. degree in 1975; New York University with a M.A. degree in 1980; and Seton Hall University School of Law with a J.D. in 1986.  He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; Third Circuit; Sixth Circuit; Seventh Circuit; and Federal Circuit.
